December 20, 2009 – The 2009 Co-ed Slowpitch Tournament was played on a sunny but chilly Saturday. 16 teams competed to make the day full of exciting softball action.

After being rained out Friday night, the schedule was adjusted and all the scheduled games were completed on Saturday. Palm Beach County Parks and Recreation crew did a marvelous job getting the Okeeheelee ballfields in game shape and kept the fields and the grounds in meticulous condition all day. The weather was chilly and windy but the warmth in the hearts of all 16 participating teams made for a perfect day. After the 24 seeding games were played the teams were divided into Gold and Silver divisions. The winner of the Gold Division was Getsum and the winner of the Silver Division was Bethedsa Blue.
